Sponsorship for the Heritage Gala (1920’s Cocktail Supper) June 18th

All sponsors will be featured on the website Gala page and will remain on the website all year.

There are many opportunities to sponsor for any amount you would like. Here are some of those opportunities.

$1,000.00 will fill one of three Food sponsor spots. Or $3,000.00 will make you the sole food sponsor of the event. Your name (logo) would be on the menus, and in the program as a culinary provider. Please designate that you wish to be a food sponsor.

$500.00 will fill one sponsor spot for entertainment or $1,500.00 will make you the sole entertainment sponsor. Your name (logo) will appear on the poster as presented by .. and in the program as an entertainment sponsor. Please designate you wish to be an entertainment sponsor.

$1,000.00 will cover one spot for sponsor of bar and drinks. Or $3,000.00 will make you the sole sponsor. Your name (logo) would be on the drink menus and in the program as a cocktail sponsor. Please designate that you wish to be a bar and drinks sponsor.

$500.00 will sponsor one spot of decorations and the selfie booth accessories Or $2,000.00 will make you the sole sponsor. Your name (logo) would be on the poster for the selfie booth and in the program as a decor provider. Please designate that you wish to be a décor sponsor.

Any amount you would like to give to help offset the general expenses of the Gala will have your name in the program as a supporter of the RHPF and the Gala.

We must have your money and logo in by May 26th to get the printing done in time.
