Join us for the highly requested Gospel Saturday on the Courthouse Outdoor Stage! Some of our best local gospel talent will be here to entertain. A few food venders will be on hand so you won’t have to leave and miss any of the music to get something to eat. You’re not gonna want to miss a minute of this amazing day.

The Mays Family

Michael and Joy Mays and their children, Jacob, Natalie and Elena are all talented in a variety of ways. Michael is an operatic tenor while Joy is a polished and accomplished concert pianist. Like their parents, each of the Mays children are talented vocally as well as in writing lyrics. Their genre is electric in style, presenting folk, adult contemporary, praise and worship, traditional hymns and other styles and varieties mixed with their own writing score and lyrics.

Scott & Stephanie traveled as the Agees with other family members for years. Now they bring their own family up in Christian music, writing and singing across the country.

Abounding grace

Valerie Sinclair has been singing gospel for a while in church and has become a major force in local Gospel Music. She has a voice that makes you sit up and take notice. We are very blessed to have Valerie and Abounding Grace participate in our Gospel Saturday.

Georgette can sing any style of any genre of music. She has a phenomenal range and the talent to entertain. She will bring her heartfelt sincerity to this gospel day and the music you love.

East Tennessee’s most loved Southern/ Country gospel artist Crystle Elam, has filled many a sanctuary sharing the gospel. Awarded the 2012 Traditional Gospel Duo of the Year & 2012 Horizon Award Female Vocalist of the year by the North American Country Gospel Music Association on Oct. 2, 2012

Southern gospel music lyrics are written to express daily Christian life. It originated in the southeastern Unites States and has grown popular with Christians around the world.

Christian music has taken on all genre of music styles. Old time hymns, country, contemporary, hard rock and even rap! Anyone can find  Christian music in the style they prefer.
